A little about me, I grew up on the south-side of Chicago, the eldest child of four. My role and environment taught me how to care for others, responsibility, resiliency, and leadership.  As a young adult I studied at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, with minors in Psychology and Aviation. While in college, I tutored children to read, taught dance, and assisted physically disabled students in preparing for their day.

After college, I moved to Colorado and worked at Boulder Valley Women’s Health Center as a counselor for teens. There I developed my desire to pursue Psychology further. I went on to study at Antioch University, Santa Barbara, CA, and completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology.

My clinical training has been with children, families, adolescents, adults, and groups. Primarily dealing with issues of PTSD, sexual assault, addiction, grief and loss, major life transitions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, aggression/anger, and other behavioral and psychological dysfunctions.

I recently completed a Yoga, Mindfulness, and Psychology program at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience in Bangalore, India.

It is with my hope, training, and honor to support others in their healing process, gain awareness, improve well-being and relationships.
